Make sure the PC is set to run the monitor at its true or native resolution. The native and recommended resolution depends on the size of the monitor. All models can typically be set to 60Hz or 75Hz, with resolutions as follows. 15" LCD: 1024 x 768. 17" or 19" LCD: 1280 x 1024. 19" widescreen: 1440 x 900. 20" to 22" widescreen: 1680 x 1050. 24" widescreen: 1920 x 1200. Please check the user manual and/or specifications for your model. You can adjust the resolution in Display Properties located in the Windows Control Panel (in Windows Vista, select the Personalisation feature).
This means the computer is sending an incompatible display mode to your monitor. Please check the user manual for supported display modes or inputs and configure your computer to those settings.

For 20" wide, recommend resolution is: 1680 x 1050
For 22" wide, recommend resolution is: 1680 x 1050
To clean your LCD monitor safely, follow the steps below:
Disconnect the power cord first. Spray or put on a small amount of non-abrasive cleanser on a soft lint free cloth. Gently wipe the surface without too much pressure as the screen is fragile.
Do not spray or put on any liquids directly to the monitor. Always apply the solution to your cloth first, not directly on the screen/parts you are cleaning. Apply little pressure. Applying too much pressure or spraying liquids directly onto the screen or case of the LCD monitor may cause damage to the display which is not covered under warranty.
This may be caused by obstruction to the antenna due to high rise buildings or hills. Using a highly directional antenna may improve the picture.
Try adjusting the contrast, color and brightness settings.
Sometimes, poor picture quality occurs when having activated a S-VHS camera or camcorder connected and having connected another peripheral at the same time. In this case switch off one of the other peripherals.
Check the antenna connection.
