Siyuan - AOC Olympic Games Watching Stations

On Jul.29th, 2008, AOC with China Siyuan Foundation for Poverty Alleviation of Central Committee of China Democratic National Construction Association launched a large-scale public welfare activity named "Siyuan, AOC Rainbow Project" formally in Beijing, which is a generic term of a series of commonweal activities in aid of those people in 5.12 Earthquake disaster areas reconstructing their beautiful homestead. The essential of these activities is to support the reconstruction in the field of culture and education after disaster. Since the earthquake, AOC TPV Technology Group donated 5 million Yuan through Red Cross Society of China in the name of AOC TPV Technology Group's and all employees in order to support disaster relief as well as reconstruction work in Sichuan disaster areas.

As the first activity of "Siyuan, AOC Rainbow Project", AOC donated 200 sets of thirty-two inches liquid crystal televisions to Sichuan earthquake disaster areas again, and set up 200 "Siyuan - AOC Olympics Games watching stations" in culture stations and schools in Sichuan Guangyuan, Bazhong, Jiangyou and Dujiangyan areas, to help people there share Olympic Games together with people all over the country.

On the afternoon of Aug.1st, the car team arrived in Guangyuan first, and held donation ceremony in Zhijiang high school in Chaoyang district. They donated 12 sets of liquid crystal televisions, and set up the frist "Siyuan - AOC Olympic Games watching stations" in Sichuan disaster areas.
Later, the related leaders rushed to the places separately such as Bazhong, Jiangyou and etc., to held donation ceremony and set up "Siyuan - AOC Olympic Games watching stations".
On the scene of donation ceremony at the settlement in Runyuan of Guankou town in Dujiangyan, deputies of the schools and culture stations which had accepted the donations experienced the effect of AOC liquid crystal television together.

Now, AOC has set up 6 "Siyuan - AOC Olympic Games watching stations" in Guangyuan, 31 in Bazhong, 2 in Jiangyou and 105 in Dujiangyan successfully, and in these "Siyuan - AOC Olympic Games watching stations", AOC donated 200 sets of thirty-two inches liquid crystal televisions totally. AOC has actualized the desire to help the people of those disaster areas share the Olympic Games with the whole world.
